You really do make me sick.

       If only we could push the same envelope it really would be full of shit

Let the ladder lead the way;  what can we say?

        Today is just another day, maybe I'll die tomorrow

Does this make sense, god only knows?

         Maybe I'll just blow my nose and say

    "A tissue, a tissue we all fall down"

Don't blame me for I am but a 123 or maybe a ten in hex or some other shite.

   For what difference would it make?   Ahhhhhhh You make me scream,

You live on the silver screen, I am just a shadow in the dark; no match for you!

    How high does this ladder go 'cas we really must be fucking slow     to know the difference

 between right and wrong.

Rid yourself of all technology TV's, radios. mobile phone and IOT;

     they sting and you won't have a thing.

Master or slave? Fortune favours the brave, give me a slice

  I'm on the deck rolling the dice, we are that poor, I can hear my neighbours bang on the door.

My head going round and round a waltzer on a ride, will it ever stop?     Will  it reach the top?

   They send in their spies and tell us a load of lies, they laugh at our expense;

           and make us feel all tense.  The media slant the truth and make us out to be the fool, but

journalists just read their books and do not give a fuck.

Alpha Beta Greater Data

Data seems to be the big topic these days.  How are we going to manage this infinite amount of data? What will storing all this cost us?  Who is going to manage it all?  Should it be stored indefinitely and if so where?  These are the increasingly big questions academics and leaders are asking themselves.  Web-bots are trawling the internet gathering the biggest global issues of the day; digesting the global consciousness and making decisions for the future.  Ultimately, humans will not and cannot analyse so much detailed data in such a complex environment and it will be highly evolved number crunching computers that will increasingly do the hard work.

We all will be left to use our creativity to resolve the issues of the day and produce solutions for future generations. The concern for many ordinary people throughout the world will be the issue of divergence between the powerful individuals in control of  corporate strategic decision-making and the workers left on the ground believing everything will turn alright in the end.

It seems to me we are going through a second renaissance on a scale in which no one could have ever imagined. One in which I for one am glad will not be around to see the end result.  The technological race is now definitely on - No one knows for certain who will get to the finishing line first. Tic-Tac-Toe comes to mind in this respect.

I just hope that we all will ultimately benefit from this technological paradigm shift and for those who are unable to join in the race, that they are not enslaved for future generations to come.

The time is now 3D

It seems as though technology has now truly entered the third dimension. I am amazed at the 3D applications that are currently being produced. The children of tomorrow will be scarily intelligent and knowledgeable. I trust technology to make the world a better place.

Why The BBC did not have any choice but to allow the BNP onto Question Time

As the BNP have 2 MEPs in the European Parliament, like them or loathe them they do have power and therefore they need to be included in public debates. It will then be left to the democratic process to determine what is right and what is not.  It is an important part of the democratic process to allow people freedom of speech whether you agree with their arguments or not.  They clearly do represent opinion from the voting electorate and therefore the arguments of the BNP must be listened to and debated.  It actually demonstrates the unfairness of the current British electoral system which needs to change.  The Liberal Democrats are leading the way in this respect.

Extreme opinions do matter in a free democratic society, because otherwise how do you determine what is an extreme opinion and what is not.  The internet has also changed the politic landscape and as people are better connected, debate will go on over the internet anyway.  The BBC had no choice but to allow the BNP onto Question Time and simply reflects a paradigm shift in technology which in turn has affected every other part of our lives.

Ideas worth spreading

I love new ideas and find myself  sometimes unable to sleep because my head is literally obsessed with ideas churning around in my brain.  Recently I descovered a new website www.ted.com  - Ideas worth spreading and so throughout my blog I will share the ideas which I find most intersting.   I love technology and the combination of new ideas and technology gets me so excited -  This you may think is a bit sad but maybe for you but not for me.  I do hope you find the time to watch some of the videos which I will post to my blog.

Heres a fascinating short talk on how the brain works to enable creativity. I hope you found it as interesting as I did.  Guess what? I never watch soaps.
